Extatosoma Tiaratum Unmated Spiny - Eggs
20 x Unmated spiny leaf insect eggs
VIC/NSW/ACT/QU/SA ONLY
These will produce only females and take a few months longer to hatch than fertilised eggs.
They are supplied with a kit to hatch them out, a bag of vermiculite and a ventilated tub, just mist daily (rainwater for best result).
Spiny leaf insects are a wonderful introduction to phasmids and insect keeping, they are non venomous, females are slow moving (males have functional wings and are a bit more dramatic)
They hatch out in a range of brown/autumn colours and can live up to eighteen months!
Feed them fresh eucalyptus that has not been sprayed with pesticides (a common killer of captive phasmids) and avoid any topical flea treatments or insect sprays in the house or on your person when keeping invertebrates.
